HIOKI U8976 High-speed Analog Module

The U8976 High-speed Analog Module provides a 30 MHz frequency band combined with high-speed sampling at 200 MS/s. It delivers the necessary performance to capture sharp waveform transitions during inverter testing.

Adapted to the Memory HiCorder's direct input function, the module can accept signals of up to 400 V DC.

Combine the U8976’s 30 MHz frequency band with the Hioki CT6711 Current Probe to measure inrush currents and minuscule currents. Current probes can be powered via the Z5021 Power Probe Unit (MR6000 only).
